工件在(zài)除油、除鏽、水洗、表調、磷(lín)化等工藝(yì)中滲透在焊接夾縫內的液體很難排出,且水洗不能完全清除幹(gàn)淨,濕熱條件下夾雜物極易造成工件泛(fàn)黃、生鏽。

超聲波清洗溫度是影響清洗速度(dù)的重要因素,適當提高清洗溫度可增加空化能力、縮短清洗時間,但超越(yuè)一定溫度,由於蒸氣壓力增加反(fǎn)而降低(dī)空化作用,因此必需堅持一定的溫度。試驗標明水(shuǐ)溶性介(jiè)質一般(bān)在50℃±5效果佳。
