一、功(gōng)率

1、 Power

產(chǎn)品容(róng)量與超聲波清洗器功率直接相(xiàng)關(超聲波功(gōng)率為0.3-0.5W/cm2),大功率產品主要用(yòng)於清潔硬件(jiàn)、機械和其他行業的(de)一般物體或重汙染(超聲波功率為0.5-1W/cm2)。

二、時間(jiān)

不同(tóng)的超聲波清洗器所清洗的(de)時間也不(bú)相同,所以要把控好時間,盡量控製在10-20min以內,時間太短效果不好,時間太長容易使設備表麵出現問題,影響光潔度。

三、溫度

由於每個設備(bèi)的物(wù)理特性不同,應選擇(zé)不同的清洗溫度,如一般清洗油脂50°c 以(yǐ)上是合適的;鋁(lǚ)合金(jīn),一般選擇40°c左右是合適的,溫度過(guò)高,會形成氧化斑點; 毛刺一般選擇15°c 以下獨特的恒溫技術,保證清洗對象在恒溫環(huán)境下工作不受損害(91污的恒(héng)溫產品恒溫為0-80°c,± 2°c)。

針對不同的(de)設備需要調清洗器的頻率,不能所有的設備都按照一個頻率來,像一些機械設備表麵較硬的,頻率能夠高一點,但是對(duì)於一些電子(zǐ)產品或(huò)是塑料等產品,清洗器的(de)頻率(lǜ)再(zài)那麽高的話會使這些產品(pǐn)出現質量問題。
