磷酸（suān）是一種中強酸（suān），揮發（fā）性（xìng）極低，因而磷酸溶液超聲波清洗過程中沒有傳統（tǒng）酸（suān）洗方式伴隨的嚴重酸氣汙染問題。目前清洗（xǐ）液中磷酸的回（huí）收利用率可達到85%以上，配置壓濾機後理（lǐ）論上僅清洗後的衝洗廢水需要處理（廢清洗液再生，壓濾後固體廢物排（pái）出存放、液體複用），排放廢水（shuǐ）經CaO中和後可達國家二級以上汙水排放標準，因而（ér）采用磷酸溶液超聲波清洗汙染量很低。
