98%的清洗效率是不同清洗方式中效率高的,磷酸溶液超(chāo)聲波清洗主要作用機理是化(huà)學反應加超聲剝離,其清洗液配方中緩(huǎn)蝕劑對磷酸於鋼絲反應(yīng)的抑(yì)製作用不但確保了良好的清洗效果,而且不會產生氫(qīng)脆(cuì)和過酸洗等清洗質量(liàng)問題(tí)。

磷酸(suān)是一種中強酸(suān),揮發(fā)性(xìng)極低,因而磷酸溶液超聲波清洗過程中沒有傳統(tǒng)酸(suān)洗方式伴隨的嚴重酸氣汙染問題。目前清洗(xǐ)液中磷酸的回(huí)收利用率可達到85%以上,配置壓濾機後理(lǐ)論上僅清洗後的衝洗廢水需要處理(廢清洗液再生,壓濾後固體廢物排(pái)出存放、液體複用),排放廢水(shuǐ)經CaO中和後可達國家二級以上汙水排放標準,因而(ér)采用磷酸溶液超聲波清洗汙染量很低。
