超聲波清洗機的(de)原理和使用方法

超聲波清洗機主要定義就是把器件上的贓物洗(xǐ)幹淨。

超聲波淸洗機主要原理是(shì)通過換能器(qì),將功率超聲頻(pín)源的(de)聲能,然後轉換成機械振動,通過淸洗槽壁。由於受到輻射的超聲波,使清洗槽內液體(tǐ)中(zhōng)的微氣泡能夠在超聲波(bō)的作用下得以保持振蕩。幾十千赫茲的超聲波會產生巨大(dà)的作用力,超聲波在(zài)液體中傳播時,氣泡迅速增大,然後(hòu)突然閉合,衝擊力對汙層的直(zhí)接反複爆破,能夠對固體表麵進(jìn)行擦洗,同時氣泡“鑽入”裂(liè)縫振動,一(yī)方麵破壞贓物與物件(jiàn)表麵的吸附;另一方麵也會引起(qǐ)贓物層(céng)的破壞,而脫離物件表麵並使它們散落到清洗液中。

 超聲波清洗機
超聲波清洗機主要由(yóu)超聲波換能(néng)器、清洗槽和箱體三大部份構成。
Ultrasonic cleaning is mainly composed of three parts: ultrasonic transducer, cleaning tank and box.
1、超聲波換能器:由電源變壓器及整流係統、振(zhèn)蕩器、推動劑(jì)、動率放大器及輸出變壓器(qì)等組成,它能(néng)將電(diàn)能轉換成機械(xiè)能,換(huàn)能器將高頻(pín)電能轉換(huàn)成機械能之後,會產生振幅極小的高頻振(zhèn)動並傳播到清洗槽中。通過機(jī)械能的作用將清洗物件的(de)汙(wū)物清除,使被(bèi)清洗(xǐ)的物件煥然一新。
1. Ultrasonic transducer: composed of a power transformer and rectifier system, oscillator, driving agent, rate amplifier, and output transformer, it can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. After converting high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy, the transducer will generate high-frequency vibration with minimal amplitude and transmit it to the cleaning tank. By using mechanical energy to remove dirt from the cleaned object, the cleaned object is rejuvenated.
2、清洗槽:一般是由不鏽鋼材質製(zhì)作而成,因為不鏽鋼材質的(de)耐(nài)腐蝕(shí)能力強,能夠保證清洗槽長時間使用,清洗槽上還可以安裝加熱及控溫裝置,用於控製清洗溶液的溫度,不鏽鋼槽與箱架之間墊有減振裝置(zhì)。
2. Cleaning tank: It is generally made of stainless steel material, which has strong corrosion resistance and can ensure long-term use of the cleaning tank. Heating and temperature control devices can also be installed on the cleaning tank to control the temperature of the cleaning solution. A vibration damping device is placed between the stainless steel tank and the box frame.
3、箱體(tǐ):麵(miàn)板上裝又電流(liú)表(biǎo)、電源開關、輸出插座、頻率相(xiàng)功串調節旋鈕;其後麵裝有電源進線插座及保險管,超(chāo)聲波(bō)清洗機的電源一定要(yào)安裝過流保護線路,保證使用安全性。
3. Box: Ammeter, power switch, output socket and frequency phase power string adjustment knob are installed on the panel; The power inlet socket and safety pipe are installed at the back. The power supply of the Ultrasonic cleaning must be installed with over-current protection circuit to ensure safety.
