
由於(yú)超聲波清洗的原(yuán)理是空化效應,所以其性能(néng)驗證主要是驗證空化效應,目的是看清洗槽內聲場強度是否存在(zài)盲區。

1、91污可以用鋁箔腐蝕方法(fǎ)進行超聲波清(qīng)洗機性能驗證,將20-30微米厚的鋁箔紙放在支架上,垂直(zhí)放置在清洗槽內,不要碰到底部。機器啟動一段時間後,鋁箔表麵(miàn)不(bú)同部位的腐蝕(shí)程度可以間(jiān)接反映出超聲波強度的深度是否均勻。

4、或者是用(yòng)澱粉碘化鉀反應方法超聲波清洗機(jī)性能驗證。將澱粉處理成光敏乳劑,塗在(zài)載玻(bō)片(piàn)上,置於含有(yǒu)稀釋碘溶液的超聲波容器中(zhōng)。在超聲空化(huà)作用下,碘和澱粉發(fā)生反應變成藍色,導致玻片變色。對玻片進行(háng)衝洗幹燥,通過對(duì)玻(bō)片變色區域的觀察,推斷出聲場的分布。該方法可以彌補鋁(lǚ)箔腐蝕法中鋁箔損傷的缺陷,但不能進(jìn)行定量(liàng)檢測。

5、染色法也是驗證超聲波清洗機性能的方(fāng)法之一,水分(fèn)配染料,超聲波將塗在水中,超聲空化作用下,染料會附著(zhe)在紙上,取出(chū)紙衝洗幹燥。觀(guān)察(chá)染料模式的背景(jǐng),對聲場(chǎng)的分布,如果不均勻分布的塗層(céng),聲場不均勻,如寒冷的地方。

6、超聲波(bō)能量瓶試驗超聲波清洗機(jī)性能驗證的時候,所需變色時間與超聲空化能力成正比。根據水箱容積,將測能(néng)瓶置於不(bú)同位置(zhì),觀察換色時間。該方法直觀、簡便,而且是定性測量。
