1.超聲波換能器受潮（cháo）。一般（bān）用兆歐表檢查和（hé）換能器相連接（jiē）的插（chā）頭，檢查換能器正負極間的絕緣電阻值就可（kě）以判斷。一般要求絕緣電阻大於30兆歐以（yǐ）上。如果達不（bú）到這個絕緣電阻值（zhí），很可能是換能器受潮（cháo）。

1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. Generally, the insulation resistance is more than 30 megohm. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, it is likely that the transducer is affected by moisture.

維修（xiū）方法是把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設定（dìng）100℃左右，烘幹（gàn）三小時或者使用電吹風（fēng）去潮至阻值正常為止。換能器振子（zǐ）打火，陶瓷材料碎裂。維修時（shí）可以用肉眼和（hé）兆歐表結合檢查。一般作為應（yīng）急處理的措施，可以把個別損壞的換能（néng）器斷開，不會影響到別的換（huàn）能器正常使用。

2.換能器脫膠。91污（men）知道（dào）大多數廠家采（cǎi）用膠粘的方式固定換能器，但超聲波清洗機的長期使用後由於振動會出現（xiàn）脫膠現象。也有（yǒu）廠家采用膠結加螺釘緊固的方式，一般情況下不（bú）會出現脫膠，由於螺釘的（de）作用，振子（zǐ）脫膠後不會從（cóng）振動麵上落下，一般的判斷方法是用手輕搖振（zhèn）子的尾部，仔細觀察振動麵的膠水情況做出判斷。

2. Transducer degumming. We know that most manufacturers use adhesive way to fix the transducer, but after long-term use of ultrasonic cleaning machine, it will appear degumming phenomenon due to vibration. Some manufacturers also adopt the way of cementation and screw fastening, which generally will not occur degumming. 電源（yuán）輸出的功（gōng）率（lǜ）正常，但（dàn）是由於振子與振動麵連接不好，振（zhèn）動（dòng）麵的振動效（xiào）果（guǒ）不好，長（zhǎng）時間後由於能量（liàng）無法釋（shì）放出去，很可能會燒壞振子。振子脫膠對於用戶來說維修起來是比較麻煩的，一般情況隻能送回生（shēng）產廠家進行（háng）維修處理。避免振（zhèn）子脫膠有用的方法是平時使用中注意不撞擊振動麵。
