今天91污來講講(jiǎng)超聲波清洗機在磷化處理與塗裝處理的應用,經過近(jìn)幾年對超聲波清洗機(jī)技術在磷化處理中的研究實踐,在提高產品噴塗(tú)質量(liàng)和防止塗裝件(jiàn)返鏽方麵,已取得良好效果。

一般傳統工藝是脫脂、水洗、鹽酸除鏽、水洗、中和(hé)、水洗、表調、水洗、磷化、水洗、烘幹。此工藝很大弊端是對結構複雜零件酸洗除鏽後的殘酸很(hěn)難衝洗幹淨,尤其是(shì)焊接組合件磷化後(hòu),其夾(jiá)縫內含有的殘液影響後道工(gōng)序的加工(gōng)。

工件噴塗後(hòu),時間不長沿著夾縫出現鏽蝕現(xiàn)象,波壞(huài)塗層表麵。嚴重影響產品外觀和(hé)內在質量。如摩托車車(chē)輪、油箱(xiāng)、車架、防盜門等。

超(chāo)聲波清洗(xǐ)機漂(piāo)洗是工件在除油、除鏽、水洗、表調、磷化等工藝中滲透在焊接夾縫內的液體很難排出(chū),且水洗不能完全(quán)清除幹淨,在濕熱條件下夾雜物極易造成工件泛黃、生鏽。

如果這些殘液在烘幹過(guò)程中不能完全幹固,隨後粉(fěn)末(mò)噴塗以高溫烘幹時,殘液由於熱膨脹的作用將(jiāng)滲出焊縫,影響塗(tú)料與(yǔ)金屬表麵(miàn)的結合,造成塗層的附著力下降甚至脫(tuō)離。

If the residual liquid can not be completely dried in the drying process, then when the powder spraying is dried at high temperature, the residual liquid will seep out of the weld due to the effect of thermal expansion, which will affect the combination of the coating and the metal surface, resulting in the decrease or even detachment of the coating adhesion.
