超聲波清洗機換能器的常見問題

If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is usually because the sensor returns to a damp state. You can put the sensor as a whole (excluding the spray shell) into the oven and dry it at 100 ℃ for 3 hours, or use a blower to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal. (For enclosed sensors, the first step is to use a handheld grinder to cut the stainless steel casing)

3. Disbonding of ultrasonic cleaning machine vibrator: Our sensor adopts a dual guarantee process of bonding and screw tightening, which generally does not occur. Due to the action of screws, the vibrator will not detach from the vibrating surface after debonding. The general analysis method is to gently shake the end of the vibrator by hand, carefully observe the glue situation on the vibration surface, and make a judgment. In general, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal after the vibrator is debonded. However, due to poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibration effect of the vibrating surface is not good, and the vibrator may burn out after a long time. The method of dealing with the debonding of the vibrator is very complicated. In general, it can only be sent to the manufacturer for processing. An effective way to prevent the vibrator from debonding is to be careful not to collide with the vibrating surface during normal use.

4.全自(zì)動超聲波清洗機振動麵破孔:一(yī)般(bān)情況下,傳感器過載數年後,振動麵可能出現破孔。這是因為振動表(biǎo)麵上的不鏽鋼板長期受到高頻振動的疲勞。振動表麵上的破孔表明傳感(gǎn)器的使用壽(shòu)命(mìng)已經結束(shù),一般隻能(néng)更換。

4. Vibration surface perforation of fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine: In general, after several years of sensor overload, the vibration surface may experience perforation. This is because the stainless steel plate on the vibrating surface is fatigued by long-term high-frequency vibration. The holes on the vibration surface indicate that the service life of the sensor has ended and can generally only be replaced.
