　　全自動槽（cáo）式（shì）超聲波（bō）清洗機（jī）主要由清洗槽體(即半自動多槽式（shì）水基清（qīng）洗機)和PLC微電腦控（kòng）製智（zhì）能輸送裝置組成，再根據不同需求配套有上下料（liào）台、專（zhuān）用產品工裝、封閉罩、抽排風係統等相關裝置。輸送裝（zhuāng）置從結構上分有龍門多臂、單梁（liáng）多臂、龍（lóng）門單臂、單梁單臂等不同類型，從動力上分為變頻電動式和氣動式等不同類型，從輸送方式上又分為提升式、拔動式，滾動式等不（bú）同類型（xíng），從封閉罩上又（yòu）分為（wéi）全（quán）封閉式、半封閉式和敞開式等不同類型。常采取（qǔ）清洗、漂洗、防鏽、幹燥一體式（shì）設計，具有（yǒu）針對性強，潔淨度高、速度快、操（cāo）作簡單、清洗完成直接進入下（xià）一工序段且勞動強（qiáng）度低等特點。在（zài）所有的清洗方式中，全（quán）自動超聲波（bō）清洗是效率較高、效果較好的一種。各槽均可選配儲液槽，配有循環過濾係統，加熱自動溫控係統、液位保護自動補液係統。
